Step 1 : Prepare ingredients

Choose to buy young asparagus plants, light green color, when fried, they will be crispy and not fibrous. Continue to stir-fry asparagus, seasoning to taste. When the bamboo shoots are almost cooked, add the beef and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
